Year 2 Unit 16 Promoting Art and Design Work

Research Methods of Promoting my Art and Design work

Self promotion is an inportant factor because with so many other people that want to get into the industry of design and so many other people with good work to show, it will be hard to get a job with just you alone and will need to show that you can work hard enough for the job.

Pinterest is another website that promotes art and design by letting users upload work onto their own space to let others see the work they have done.

Behance is a website where you can show case of various different media designs like for example, games design and development.

The use of social media is one way of promoting my work to a wide range of people without having to leave the computer. for example Facebook, Hiive, YouTube, Deviant Art and Blogger.

A business card is another idea that can give people information about yourself and what you can do. It should have basic info like name, E-Mail, phone number and a self promotion logo to catch the eye.
